My mission is simple - teach professionals how to accelerate their revenue generation through a pragmatic, straightforward, and simple approach.  Whether it is taking the fear and mystery out of business development, or helping professionals reach their business development goals quicker, I work with professionals to incorporate better habits for long-term success.

​In today’s competitive business landscape, businesses and individuals are feeling the pressure to drive in more revenue in order to grow. In the past, quality work and reputation would often suffice; however due to many saturated markets, professionals are forced to build more relationships at a deeper level in order to drive revenue. I teach businesses and individuals how to do this.

​Over the past three decades I have worked in business development roles for small, medium, and large organizations, successfully growing businesses in the professional services and technology markets. The programs I have developed and managed involve leading, coaching, mentoring and training sales professionals and non-sales professionals to achieve individual as well as team sales goals.
 My expertise in professional services marketing was honed most recently at Accretive Solutions where I was VP of Sales and drove growth by coaching sales professionals and market leaders over eight regions in the US.  Prior to Accretive Solutions, I was Business Development Manager for the West Region at Deloitte where I spent eight years working closely with Sr. Managers and Partners to drive revenue growth for the region.

Today I enjoy leveraging my knowledge, strengths, and expertise to help other professionals grow their business. My experience with high revenue goals, high stakes opportunities and demonstrated finesse with team and individual dynamics has given me a solid foundation and the confidence to open my own practice.
