Business development coaching programs
Effective coaching is more than just applying a “coaching process.” It is based on experience and wisdom. Whatever your challenge, it’s likely I have walked in your shoes at one time or another and counseled other clients who faced similar issues. Having worked in the professional services market in business development, makes me appreciate and empathize with others who face daily challenges in this market.
The coaching programs are designed to help professionals understand the critical elements of successful business development practices. They receive hands-on tailored guidance to help them overcome fears, increase “know how”, and incorporate common sense business development techniques into their every day practice.

In this partnership, I will play a very active role to ensure you stay on track. In return, I will only work with professionals who are ambitious, open to honest feedback, and are willing to invest the time it takes to make a significant leap in their professional growth.
Learning and incorporating good business development habits into your daily practice does not happen overnight. It takes time, focus and discipline. This is why my coaching programs are for a minimum of six months in order to better ensure that what you learn from me will stick!
6-Month 1-on-1 Coaching Program
The program begins with a 1-hour kickoff meeting in person or via video conference to assess your current needs, clarify goals, and address gaps. We will then develop a targeted action plan based on your goals. This could include getting better organized with tracking and developing your relationships, identifying key target clients to focus on, and addressing tactical skills that need further development.
Every two weeks for the next 6 months, we will have a scheduled 45-minute meeting. You will have homework assignments between scheduled meetings, and will be held accountable for achieving these milestones. In each meeting will review progress made, discuss situations that have arisen, and agree on next steps in your action plan to drive growth and change in your daily work habits. Between scheduled meetings you will have unlimited "spot coaching" access to me to address quick questions via phone or email.
12-Month 1-on-1 Coaching Program
You will receive everything that is described in the 6-month program for a 12-month period of time. Many professionals take advantage of the longer coaching period to continue to fine tune what they learn over a longer period of time. Having someone keep them accountable for their progress over a 12-month period can make a big difference in establishing good business development work habits that stick!
6-month Group / 1-on-1 Coaching Program
This unique small group (max 8 participants per group) program offers the perfect blend of group accountability and individual customization. Each participant will be inspired and motivated by their peers while, at the same time, receive a customized 1-on-1 program to address their individual needs and challenges. You meet with the group once a month and on a 1-on-1 basis every three weeks.

- Co-creating a strategy and an executable business plan.
- Honing one’s professional niche and mission.
- Developing and deepening client relationships.
- Defining metrics to measure progress.
- Driving accountability on actions and deadlines.
